SUWIDHA Impact

The project has reduced the overall operational cost of services to the citizens & Government. People do not visit branches of the DC office for services whereas SUWIDHA Counters are one-point of contact for acceptance of application and delivery of service.

Government has taken care that no facilitation charges are taken from freedom fighters, old age pensions, widows, destitute & disabled pensions, dependents of the riots/terrorist. Government has invested in capital infrastructure especially at the back-end. Only operational cost incurred on the front-end is taken from the citizens as facilitation charges.
